Of all the things I could say about myself, my favorite way to describe myself is "a safe person." Above all, I strive to create a safe space for my clients to work through their counseling goals. I want to support you using the best tools available to improve your mental health. I am a counseling professor and supervisor, licensed since 2008 and working with a variety of people. Teaching has given me the opportunity to train others on evidence-based techniques, but I also love getting the opportunity to continue to use these skills with clients.
