If you're looking for compassion focused counseling in a safe, accepting, and professional space, let's get to know each other. Are you an individual with anxiety or depression, perfectionistic tendencies, or a harsh inner critic? Are you seeking counseling for your teenager who is stressed, struggling to fit in, or being bullied? Are you parenting a child who is hyperactive, neurodivergent, or just generally quirky? I enjoy working with these populations because I understand them. My goal is for you to feel deeply seen and understood so you feel supported and validated in your struggle.
