Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of connection—and our greatest sources of pain when things aren’t working. I specialize in helping couples move through periods of disconnection, conflict, betrayal, life transitions, and the emotional weight of trauma. Many of the individuals and couples I work with are also navigating challenges related to pregnancy, fertility, or birth-related trauma, which can surface complex emotions and strain even the strongest partnerships. My goal is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where both partners feel understood and supported.
