About
My name is Kris and I am an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). I completed my B.A. in psychology at the University of Colorado at Denver in 2003 and my M.A. in Contemplative Psychotherapy at Naropa University. I have worked with all different kinds of individuals and families, and in a variety of settings including private practice, non-profit, residential care, and corrections facilities. A lot of my work was in-home therapy with foster children and their foster families. I have been in mental health for 23 years, but I believe in approaching each client with an open mind and allow clients to share about themselves.
