My goal is to help clients find their strength within. I love to work with people that are ready to take the journey to self love and healthy coping strategies with me as a guide to help through difficult times. I understand as a therapist while I may have some expertise I can share, you are the expert in your life. I want to be there as a helping hand as we navigate difficult transitions, anxiety, depression, and other life events that may arise. I firmly believe in being a trusted source of support and strength and look forward to meeting clients ready to open up and begin this new journey of healing.
