HI! I’m Kristen and I offer a heart centered approach to healing that honors the mind, body and spirit connection. I provide individual therapy to adolescents, college students and adults with Eating Disorders, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem and Body Image Issues. My integrative approach to psychotherapy includes combining mindfulness, self-compassion, nervous system regulation tools and somatic modalities to support you on your healing journey.
