Hi, I’m Kristen! I work with late adolescents and adults who are navigating difficulties with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and major life transitions. I specialize in neurodiversity-affirming care for ADHD and Autistic individuals, as well as therapeutic support for parents and caregivers of people with disabilities. Many clients come to me feeling exhausted from masking or processing a late diagnosis. I offer a non-judgmental space to explore identity, improve emotional regulation, build executive functioning supports, strengthen self-understanding, and create a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and sustainable. Drawing from specialized training through Kennedy Krieger Institute, I offer thoughtful, individualized support for neurodivergent individuals and families. My work focuses on building understanding, easing overwhelm, and creating personalized strategies for emotional regulation, connection, and burnout- at a pace that honors your needs and lived experience.
