Reaching out for help can be nerve-wracking, so I believe it’s important to foster a trusting relationship with my clients to support them in their journey through therapy. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and substance use. I primarily work with adults and young adults. I use the theoretical approach that best fits what my clients need.
