I believe therapy provides the listening, understanding, validation, and empowerment everyone can benefit from to navigate life's obstacles. I have experience working with adults and couples from a variety of backgrounds. Many of my clients attend therapy to work through relationship issues, anxiety, academic and career concerns, depression, struggles with identity, and life transitions. I also offer psychological testing services for adults (19+), specializing in ADHD evaluations and gender identity/transgender assessment services.
