I work with people and families from all walks of life. I do not believe that judgment belongs in the therapy session and that there are reasons for everything that we do. I work with clients where they are at and with what they feel they want to work on. I use Humanistic, Feminist Therapy skills to provide clients with a safe place to share and provide them with Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills to help them with their everyday life. I also use Trauma Focused Therapy when it is needed. I work Monday through Friday 11AM until 7PM. Please feel free to contact me by email or phone with any questions.
