Hi! I'm Kristen Sessoms, whether this is your first time seeking therapy, or you’ve done it before, I know that getting started with a new therapist is not easy. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, open space for you to process, release, and learn. Any individual, couple, or family who needs assistance finding their voice can find comfort in the fact that I genuinely desire to see ALL of my clients break any and every chain that has kept them bound. I provide tangible interventions that teach emotional regulation, emotional awareness, and distress tolerance. I want my clients to take something constructive away every session.
