Hi, I’m Kristen (she/her), a therapist who specializes in spiritually integrative, trauma-informed therapy for women and LGBTQIA+ adults. Many of the people I work with feel weighed down by past trauma, caught in old patterns, or disconnected from their sense of purpose. They yearn for greater self-understanding, emotional healing, and more fulfilling relationships. Together, we work on letting go of shame and perfectionism, building self-trust, and aligning your life with peace and joy. I draw from IFS, somatic and mindfulness-based therapy, and—when aligned with your interests—spiritually oriented and intuitive practices.
