As a therapist, I encourage clients to compassionately push themselves to be open and introspective. I work closely with individuals from early to mid adulthood. I often treat anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma disorders, and OCD. Additionally, I work with clients struggling with relationship dynamics and difficult transitions ( i.e moving, navigating adulthood, starting a family, changing careers etc).
