I use a Person-Centered approach combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you explore patterns, build insight, learn coping skills and change unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and challenging behaviors. I have experience working with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, stress, insomnia, and life transitions. I also specialize in perinatal mental health and supporting individuals adjusting to parenting roles. I provide specialized care for individuals facing complex emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
