My life has been full of experiences so varied that they could only have been preparing me for this work of humbly trying to help individuals navigate their own life challenges. From the business world to teaching overseas, supporting people with substance use disorders and those experiencing homelessness, becoming a foster parent and a surrogate, while navigating health issues, each chapter of my life has deepened my belief that every person is intrinsically valuable and capable of living a thriving, full life. Life is never without challenges, but meaning is often found in how we face them and the support we seek along the way. If you're here, you’ve already taken the first step. My approach to this work could be summed up as very individualized and deeply relational. Knowing that no one fits into a perfect box, I take time to learn my clients’ stories and personalities so we can come up with therapeutic strategies that are evidence-based yet tailored to them as individuals.
