I am a licensed mental health counselor who works with adolescents and adults. it’s my priority to develop a safe, empathic, and nonjudgmental space for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe in the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship. I have worked with a diverse population of clients in a mental health clinic and an outpatient chemical dependency program. I treat a wide range of mental health areas, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and relational conflict.
