I provide support and treatment for adults, children, and adolescents experiencing social, emotional, or academic challenges. My career has spanned both nationally and internationally as I have provided individual and group counseling in private settings and schools systems for the past decade. My emphasis on building rapport and trust with my clients has led to long established relationships and successful outcomes for children and adults alike. I have extensive experience working with individuals suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I also specialize in treating children and adolescents displaying school refusal tendencies, peer relationship issues, and academic challenges. While every session is unique to the individual, I utilize talk therapy, and Solution Focused techniques, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety-based challenges. I promote healthy coping strategies and provide my clients with realistic ways to deal with stress.
