I currently provide therapy to both kids and adults. I utilize play therapy and integrate parents and caregivers into the therapy process when working with kids as this improves better outcomes for the whole family. I am also passionate about providing therapy to women as they navigate life in an increasingly complex world in which systems in place favor men. This can put women in compromising positions. You matter and so does your voice and experience and I am ready to partner with you to navigate these systems and your unique place in life.
