As a NY State licensed clinical psychologist, as well as a certified school psychologist, I treat children, teenagers, & adults contending with a range of emotional difficulties. I approach psychotherapy from an integrative practice, tailoring treatment to the needs of the individual or the family. While helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their patterns, and their thoughts and beliefs; I also employ skill based Cognitive-Behavioral strategies, ensuring that clients can make effective changes in their lives & mindsets.
