Most of us desire a life rooted in connection to ourself and our loved ones. Too often our old protective strategies get in the way of the life we want. I help couples resolve chronic conflicts, repair after infidelity, improve communication, and restore intimacy and pleasure. In my work with individuals and couples I support people in their grief, heartbreak, major life transitions, and issues with self trust, compassion, and forgiveness. I specialize in reproductive mental health encompassing family planning, postpartum, and pregnancy loss. I value the tears, the laughter, the silence, and the uproar in equal measure.
