I specialize in anxiety, particularly social anxiety and worry, and issues with relationships, assertiveness, and self-confidence. I will provide you a safe space within an authentic relationship to work through these challenges. I've been trained in multiple therapy modalities, bringing to our work an eclectic and flexible approach.
