It can be very scary to reach out finally to get the support you, your child, or family may need but you're on the right path! I believe that you know you best, so I walk alongside you, focusing on goals and solutions to get you to where you'd like to be. I offer in-office, virtual or eco-therapy walking sessions. I've been working with children, adolescents, young adults for 11 years, helping our youth discover their best selves. I also work with adults who find themselves stuck in life, dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or who would like to improve their daily life and relationships. Anything that is important to you. I want you to walk away with tangible tools to use in life, so I am trained in modalities such as Internal Family Systems, EMDR, CBT and ACT to meet you where you are. If working with a child, I love using age-appropriate tools/visuals, to help explain the complexity of the human experience. And, I notice adults often loving these too.
