Having the courage to seek support when things get difficult is an act of self-love. Whether you're experiencing loss, change, anxiety, stress, identity exploration, relationship conflict, family dysfunction, or simply need a safe space to process thoughts and feelings, my practice, Iris Counseling and Art Therapy, is a designated space where acceptance, creative expression, and healing are offered. I am a licensed professional counselor and board certified, NJ state licensed art therapist with almost a decade of experience working in the field. I take an eclectic approach that is client centered, meaning I value the whole person and empower clients to take an active role in their own treatment.
