Kristen has extensive experience working with individuals with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, relationship issues and substance use. She meets individuals wherever they are at on life's journey and works to empower them as the experts in their own lives. Kristen offers a safe, non-judgmental and warm environment in which to spark healing and relief from current struggles. She uses a validating and empathetic approach, and would be honored to walk with you on your journey. Kristen is Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) trained and employs this as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Solution-Focused therapy. Kristen has extensive experience working with first responders and has a background of crisis intervention.
