I specialize in working with adults who are feeling overwhelmed by life/work/college/family/friends/the world asking too much of them and feeling a sense of being out-of-control while anxiously trying to keep it all together. I work with people who are saying 'yes' when they want to say 'no!' I work with people who feel like they're pretending their way through life just to get by and fear that they will never truly "arrive" and get to be happy. I work with people who are perfectionists and struggle with the idea that they might be worthy regardless of what they can offer, accomplish, or how they can perform.
