People are not broken and they don’t need to be “fixed”. We need insight, tools and new perspectives to make good choices and discover what it is we really need and want. Therapy is a process of discovery and the implementation of the findings. There is no magic wand and no quick fixes. I enjoy helping people navigate the rough patches, turn negatives to positives and be more present to appreciate what is happening in the now.
