I hold an MSW from the University of Alabama. I have been a clinical social worker since 2018, embracing social work ideals of empowerment, client autonomy, and a strength-based approach through a holistic perspective, meeting each client where they are to achieve their identified goals. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach to assist with achieving your goals to include CBT, DBT, talk therapy, etc. I work with clients of all ages as they explore life transitions and journey to meet their personal goals. I have experience with adolescents, young adults, and adults.
