Hi I'm Kristen Telon, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a huge advocate for early intervention and looking into childhood for answers to issues in adulthood. I am very passionate about being a therapist and being here to help my clients by being there for them through their journey. My approach to therapy is client-centered because I want to tailor my approach to each clients unique situation. My favorite therapy modalities are CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, Family systems, and EFT.
