We all want to live lives that are free of conflict, external stress and internal anguish. Yet, sometimes despite our best efforts to maintain a positive and constructive life course, we can still find ourselves overwhelmed by life’s pressures and external circumstances. My name is Kristen Torp. I am a licensed MFT therapist, and helping people with their personal traumas, emotional needs, life struggles and relational difficulties is both my focus and my passion.
