Hi there, my name is Kristen and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of FL. Do you lack direction in your life? Feel like you have an internal battle of anxiety in your mind? Struggle with feelings of sadness or lack of motivation? Everyone's struggles look a little different, which is why my goal as a therapist is to customize the treatment to fit YOUR specific needs. As a counselor, I act as a guide to help my clients on their journey toward growth and a better future. I have several years of experience working with clients who struggle with addiction to alcohol, drugs, and sex. While I specialize in addictions I enjoy helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, codependency, attachment issues, and bipolar disorder.
