I work with individuals, couples, and families who’ve lost their way to themselves, each other, or their sense of purpose— and are ready to do the inner work to reconnect and thrive. Rooted in systems theory and trauma-informed care, I see each person as part of a larger network: family, relationships, community, and culture. All of which shape our inner world. Here, your whole story is welcome. We will work collaboratively to identify where these systems may need nourishment. Please note I no longer accept insurance for couples/family therapy. I offer sliding scale options for private pay.
