About
I’m a therapist who believes healing starts with honest reflection and a good dose of self-compassion. I use a trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral approach to help clients understand how their past shapes their present—and how to rewrite the script. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, real, and judgment-free. When I’m not doing therapy, you can find me eating too many tacos, painting urban landscapes, or chasing trains. My role as a therapist is to walk with you through that process. Together, we’ll work to understand what has shaped you, build awareness and resilience, and create space for growth and self-compassion. I aim to cultivate a therapeutic relationship grounded in authenticity, safety, and trust—because trauma is relational, and so is healing.
