My approach to counseling highly individualized and non-judgmental. I am skilled in assisting people with diverse challenges to gain clarity, decrease suffering, and regain a life more aligned with their values. Conversations with a focus on the spiritual aspect of life are also available. If you are feeling unsure, lost or hopeless about life in general, it may be time to talk with someone about your relationship to yourself, to life, and to the higher realm, whether you call that God or the Universe or something else.
