I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with an MA in counseling and art therapy from Ursuline College. I specialize in helping adults navigate life transitions, self-discovery, relationships, and emotional well-being. As a queer-identified African American womxn, I value the uniqueness and diversity of each client, creating a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent individuals. I use Brainspotting, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients process emotions, heal trauma, and take meaningful steps toward growth. In our first session together, I will answer any questions you have, explain how therapy works and what to expect, and ask some questions about you to get a good picture of your life and what to focus on in our work together.
