I am a licensed social worker who specializes in a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to counseling. My primary experience comes from working with survivors of interpersonal violence and abuse. I use various modalities based on a client's needs, such as somatic experiencing, DBT, TF-CBT, and IFS. I am currently working toward my EMDR certification.
