At times, life can seem like a big, overwhelming, and never ending "to do" list that you are working hard to manage and looking for encouraging support to help you breathe, balance, decompress and re-focus. Some clients find that 53-minute sessions feel brief for the depth of work we do. I offer optional 90-minute sessions for those who want extra time to process and reflect in a single visit.
