About
I am dedicated to creating a supportive space for those seeking growth and healing, particularly from the wounds of trauma. I believe that every individual’s experience is valuable, and I strive to honor the diverse ways in which we navigate our lives. Many of us find ourselves feeling stuck, often due to a lack of the right support to process our experiences. I approach therapy as a collaborative relationship, where we acknowledge your story and work together to make sense of and overcome the challenges you face. To best support each client, I draw from a variety of methods. I am a trained practitioner in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which has proven effective for processing trauma and addressing a range of mental health challenges. Additionally, I incorporate other modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
