I have 20 years of experience helping people heal from the emotional wounds of trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, domestic violence, major mental illness, chronic or terminal illness, and chronic stress. I often work with those struggling to navigate the complexities of relationships, whether at work, interpersonally, or romantically.
