I am certified and specialize in trauma treatment and therapy. I practice as a culturally sensitive therapist honoring the unique qualities of who we are. I have worked with law enforcement, first responders, and veteran communities throughout my years of practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana. I am a LGBTQ affirming therapist. I enjoy collaborating with and building skills for all neuro types. I provide compassionate and empathetic services to individuals, children, and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, divorce, loss, relationship problems, addiction recovery, and more. I earned a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. I hold a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy certification that allows me to help my clients find balance and hold space for the complexities that our lives entail.
