Kristi Clements, MSW, LISW Licensed Independent Social Worker. I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and bring over 20 years of experience in mental health. I specialize in Postpartum Depression and anxiety including post graduate PPD training at The Postpartum Stress Center. I utilize a strength based “client centered” approach allowing us to work together in finding the best way to create lasting change. With a focus to help those experiencing: Anxiety, Coping Skills, Depression, Life Transitions, Postpartum Depression and Anxiety, Mood Disorders , Relationship Issues, Self Esteem, and Stress Management.
