I specialize with adults who have experienced trauma and are managing anxiety, depression, codependency issues, attachment wounds, and shame-based living. My clients are often looking for a transformative therapy experience that provides deep insights into who they are, how they got here, and where they go from here to be healthy, authentic, and confident. Sessions are supportive, non-judgmental, and individualized for your needs and comfort level. We frequently use interventions like traditional talk therapy and creative expressive experiences (if you are interested!) to explore the connections between your mind, body, & emotions. During our time together, you will benefit from a resurgence of healthy attachment by learning how to connect with yourself and others in a vulnerable way. You will experience yourself as beautifully distinct from others with the ability & right to request for your needs to be met. Healthy boundaries will emerge, and you will find freedom.
