I am an LPCC committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, trust, and collaboration. I believe that everyone has the strength within them to overcome obstacles and find a path towards healing and growth. I also am a Nationally Certified Parent Coordinator. I help individuals to effectively co-parent by providing assistance in resolving disputes and improving communication between parents.
