Maybe you have experienced a significant loss like a relationship ending, a job loss, a move, loss of financial security, a trauma, or the death of a loved one? All life changes both positive and negative can throw you into grief, a state of disequilibrium, by taking away what was once familiar and leaving you drowning in uncertainty. Loss and trauma that is unresolved may leave you feeling stuck, unable to move forward in the ways you'd hoped. I am trained in AF-EMDR which can reduce any troubling symptoms.
