My hope is to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself, reconnect with your inner resilience, release old patterns, and trust yourself in new ways. I work with adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, and relationship challenges—including estrangement, breakup or divorce—and the grief that comes with loss. I want to help you to feel more balanced, grounded, and connected—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
