Hi! My name is Kristi Kaapu and I am an LCSW. My focus areas of practice are anxiety, depression, school/work issues, interpersonal difficulties, and trauma. When I first meet with my clients, I emphasize that I am providing them with a safe, non-judgmental space for our work together and then listen carefully to my client's concerns. I have worked with clients of all ages, from youth to older adults, but more recently, my work has been primarily with adults. I enjoy working with adults from all ethnicities and cultures, from all sexual orientations, and from all religious, spiritual, and non-religious perspectives.
