I am both a licensed clinical social worker and licensed alcohol and drug counselor. I specialize in treating people with complex trauma and addictions, as well as helping people overcome other life challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues and other hurdles that life throws at us. Individual counseling and group therapy is provided to individuals aged 17 years and up, in a safe, supported, and nonjudgmental space utilizing an individualized, integrated approach to best meet your specific needs. I utilize eclectic, integrated treatment modalities to best meet each individual’s needs, including trauma-informed psychotherapy, Mindfulness practices, EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, Polyvagal Theory & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help heal and restore the body/brain connection, leading to greater emotional balance.
