You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, conflict, relationship issues, trauma, and/or loss among other conditions. My approach assumes that underlying core patterns of relating from childhood may continue to impact present day perspectives. My training includes a focus on psychodynamic psychotherapy, trauma work (EMDR), and addressing faith-based concerns, if applicable. We will work on enhancing your self-awareness and improving your coping skills.
