Welcome! I’m a clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience in mental health, including inpatient, outpatient and community settings. It is important to me to provide a personalized experience for each person who begins the therapy journey with me. This includes providing evidence-based treatment approaches and working together to find the perfect fit for you! I am part of a team that was intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) by the Behavioral Tech Institute. Other approaches: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
