Kristi Mitchell works with individual teens and adults who have experienced complex and developmental trauma, including dissociation and attachment-related wounds. She specializes in helping clients gently reconnect with themselves when parts of their experience feel fragmented, numb, or overwhelmed. Kristi takes a trauma-informed, attachment-focused approach and integrates Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) and Brainspotting to support deep, lasting healing. Both modalities work directly with the brain and nervous system, allowing trauma to be processed at its root rather than through talk alone.
