My passion is helping people connect in healthy ways, healing wounds that prevent us from living full lives and becoming our whole selves. Childhood abuse, attachment struggles, codependency, and dysfunctional family systems can leave us hurt and guarded, but we can overcome these wounds. We can find love within ourselves, we can connect in healthy ways, and this is something we deserve in our lives. My hope is for you to live a beautiful life, accepting yourself, allowing yourself to be loved. I believe I have tools to assist you in this journey and would be honored to be your guide. Your story is safe with me. It takes courage to face your past. I just want to say that I admire your courage, welcome your voice and your story. We will shed the layers of shame and a new freedom will come into existence. You will truly come to believe "I am a new creation.
